A common issue that we see when utilizing CAASPP testing on Student devices is that the SecureTestBrowser opens up as DeSSA (Delaware), or some state other than California's CAASPP system. If this happens to you, here are the steps to fix it:

1.) Click on "Return to Secure Browser Launchpad" in the bottom right of the screen.

2.) Select "California" as the state.

3.) Select "California Assessment System" as the assessment program (do NOT select "Cambium Assessment Practice Tests").

4.) Click "OK".

5.) If you are taking a practice test, now click on "Go to the Practice and Training Test Site" in the bottom left corner. To switch from the practice test site back to the operational test site, use the "Go to the Operational Test Site" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

After following these steps, you should be able to log in to the CAASPP system to take your test.
