What is a Promethean Roaming Profile?

A Promethean Roaming Profile allows you to sign into AP9 Premium panels and automatically load your settings and preferences, including things like:

• Display and panel preferences

• Saved bookmarks

• Connected Cloud Accounts (Google Drive)

• Personalized panel experience

✅ Benefit: Your panel experience “follows you” from room to room or campus to campus.

Part 1: Create a Promethean Roaming Profile

1. On a computer or phone, open a web browser.

2. Go to one.prometheanworld.com.

3. Select Create Account (or Sign Up).

4. Click Continue with Google. Make sure you are signed into your GUSD Google profile!

5. Check your email for a verification message from Promethean.

6. Open the verification email and click Verify.

✅ Once verified, your account is active and can be used to sign in on the panel.
